How will I get my clothes back from my inlaws home

I have filed a dowry prohibition case against my husband and inlaws. Since they had put me out of the matrimonial home since their illegal demands for dowry was not met out by my father. Its almost 3months past.. Charge sheet has been creating by police dont know how long it takes.. What to do to get back my clothes as soon as possible.. Because i have 2years baby even her belongings are left their. Please guide me to get back my clothes and belongings.
Dear Madam,
You may approach concerned Police and lodge another complaint under Section 406 of IPC saying that you have kept all your belongings and now there are not allowing to take the same which attracts the offence of criminal breach of trust.

if you have tried through mutual relatives are friends to get that back and not worked, you can get you should a legal notice to them to surrender them to your advocate. if they do not do that are refuse to do so then you can file a DV case and ask for compensation for the same.
