Is amendment is written before filling for mutual consent.how the settlement money can be taken I have child,can I take money in name or money is deposited in child account wats the procedure .

In general, amendments are written at the time of filing of petition for mutual consent and settlement money in name of minor child can be taken in the name of mother also with court permission.
The money has to be paid at the time of filing of mutual consent petition in the court.
