How to take divorce on grounds of mental harassment

first 1 month of marriage i found that my wife was called and done the massages some people and abused about me. i noticed it after that she delete it all every time.when i asked that every time she gives me fully reason. that's why i send her to his wife & told her family about that . past 3 month she stayed with her family. she apologized to me but i cant believe on her. finally i decide that i want divorce. on that ground court can give me divorce if i refuse to stay with her? can court force me to take back your wife?
Yes, you a file divorce petition within one year if she harassing you along with miscellaneous application fur permission to file divorce petition. Court cannot force you to stay with her. Make the N.C .complaint or written complaint regarding this.
