How to take divorce if wife have extramarital affair

Meri wife ke ek ladke se najayaj sambhand hai.mujhe jab saq hua to mene apni wife se puchha to usne mujhe rote rote bataya ki hai.aur iska mene vedio banaya hai.aur jis ladke se hai uska bhi vedio kabool karte huye banaya hai..kya is base par mai apni wife se divorce le sakta hu...kahi wife apne bayano se palat gayi to kya hoga
This is a case of Adultery under section 497 of Indian Penal Code. First register a FIR against that person having affair and physical relationship with your wife along with all such evidence that you have been collected so far. Later on you can proceed with Divorce.

Agar aapki wife ne apni galti accepte kar le hai aur aap dono me relationship achchi ho to divorce ki zarurat nahi. Fer bhi agar aapko ye lagta hai ki divorce lena chahiye to aap character less k ground pe le sakte hai. Aap k bachche to nahi hai agar hai to future ko dekhte hue decision le.
