How to take action against boyfriend who gave false marriage promise

I belongs to sc category.and I have relationship with my aunt's son since last 10 years. He promise me to marry with me when we will get job after our education.but now other girl proposed him and she have govt job but I dont have job.somy boyfriend cheated on me just because the other girl has govt job and he accepted her proposal and he don't break up me with he is in relationship with me and that other girl also and I don't have any idea about that. Now my boyfriend is saying that he is was not my boyfriend he is just bestfrnd with me. The other girl has govt job so he will marry with her and he direct denied that we are in relationship and he don't use me. So my question is that how can I take legal action against him? Because. He since last 10 years he was in relationship with me and took physical advantage of me on the behalf of he will get marry with me. Now he is saying that he will not get marry with me. Please give some suggestions to me how to take action against him.
