How to stop giving divorce and save my girl

Please tell me how to stop giving divorce. My husband asking divorce. And filed case in court.I don't want to give him divorce. I want to leave with him again. And my husband planning to second marriage. So he asking divorce. And his whole family threating me they gonna separate my daughter in future after the divorce case was over. Which means they gonna fight for child custody. I don't want to give girl and stop giving him divorce. Please anyone suggest me good idea

There is only one way which is to fight the case with the help of your side of facts. A husband cannot get sole custody of female child that easily. If the family of your husband threatens then you can file domestic violence case against all those who threatened you. This way you can protect yourself.

you file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and the meantime in the diverse case you must contest and disprove the grounds which raised against you by your husband in the court so you must contest both the cases and regarding child custody it is up to the mother take an autograph the child is the in-laws behaving brutally in the child custody matter then you can file a civil suit against the in laws that they are disturbing the physical possession by the way of seeing the child and getting the custody of a child
