How to send divorce after 2 months of marriage

I got married as per Hindu vedic ritual but after marriage the guy used to verbally abuse me and also we never had any physical relationship. How can I get divorce after 2 months of marriage
You have to wait for one long year to get marriage if it for mutual consent divorce petition and if not you have to go for contested petition you can file it any time and seek divorce on the grounds of creulty and also can claim maintenance from your husband

Well, if that guy is ready to Divorce you, then, it will be very easy for you to seek Divorce, however, the first criteria to seek Mutual Divorce is : to abstain from having sex for at least a year. Then, you guys can apply for Divorce mutually by filing a Divorce Petition.
