How to seek time extension for signing of second motion

Wife family has forcefully ask me to file MCD.First motion has been signed in Aug 2019 Court has given date for Feb 2020 for signing of second motion.I have already paid full anount in lue of alumni.Please suggest me in following points 1) How can I seen extension for filing of second motion 2) if I appear infront of court on asked date and request that i need some more time to think on divorce.What will happen 3) What are the reasons i can state for seeking extension for second motion 4) Wife family already forcing me to sign second motion.What legal tactics they can use against me 6) I have understood that second motion can be file between 6 to 18 months from the date of first motion.How can I stretch 6 months to 18 months 7) can wife family convert MCD to Contested case before expiry of 18 months period 8) what about maintance part.All amount related to alumni already given in first motion The whole idea is to buy out time to save marriage Please suggest
