How to save my family.My wife has filed false 498a case.

My wife has filed false 498a on my complete family (Me, Parents, Sister and Brother In law). Its been 6 years we are separated and I have been paying maintenance. She is highly educated than me. She wants me to be separated from my Parents and family and be with her family and serve them. She has taken such extreme step since I objected to do so. Recently she has demanded an increase in maintenance. I have a 5years old daughter. My wife is working. We have requested the court to send her back to family life with me by taking the false dowry case back. Will she take the case back? What will be the complications? Should I still pay the maintenance? Please advise.

Get file application under section 91 of Criminal Procedure Code and court will direct employer to produce salary/stipend details of your wife. Secondly you file another application that you cannot give her maintenance if she resides in her parents house and ask her to reside in PG Center.
