Sir/Madam Once judgement passed, no question of reopening, you have to file an appeal before the High court seeking setting aside the judgement. if you want to transfer the case to your state, you have to file a transfer petition before the supreme court. K.Shashikumar Advocate Bangalore

Application to Set Aside the Decree: Under Order Rule of the Code of Civil Procedure CPC you can file an application in the same Family Court that passed the judgment. You must satisfy the court that there was a sufficient cause for your non-appearance medical emergency lack of proper summons or other unavoidable circumstances Limitation Period: This application must typically be filed within 30 days from the date of the decree. If this period has passed, you will need to file an application for Condonation of Delay under Section of the Limitation Act, explaining the reasons for the late filing. Alternative Remedy Appeal If the application to set aside the decree is not feasible you may file a Regular First Appeal RFA before the High Court under Section of the Family Courts Act challenging the merits of the judgment.
