Q: Bangalore Property Share takeover by my sisters
I live in USA & have two elder sisters. My mother/father died about 10/7 years ago with a property in bangalore in all 3 legal heir's name & we planned to sell it. Now, since I have visa appointment issues I am unable to visit India & my sisters have sent notice via Lawyer that I have abandoned & relinguished property & that they would acquire the property since I have not visited India to sell the property.Does law permit to take my share of property even though its registered in all our names?

hi sir as of now definitely you have complete liability on that share without you the can't sell if anything happens that you can claim further legally..you can appoint a gpa holder untill you visit india ..it will be secured

Q: A person smoking in public called his son to hit me
It was raining and a person started smoking in open air public place i touched him and said please move aside he started scolding and even i then the problem escalate he took my vehicle key and called his son he came and hit me with my helmet which has been broken too i lodged a complaint against them so they also lodged a counter case saying i abused them scould his wife tried to hit me and so on with false aligation. here in motor vehicle act section 180 according to that 3 months imprisonment to the parents are owner of the vehicle before giving to minor would think about this future of even minor can be sended a juvenile now in your case it is minor injury you could solve it before the station before the court of law
