If you know the case number you can apply for certified copy. Or you may ask other party to provide a copy of the same. Online you can get only case details not copies. If possible you can take assistance of any lawyer in your area.

Hi
If you have a fair idea on which family court the divorce petition is filed, then the court clerk can search based on your name, your spouse name and get you the file details.
Once you get to know the case number , you can apply for copy of divorce petition etc in the same court.
It does not take much time and effort to trace out case details if you know the family court name in which the case is filed.

Dear,

I presume that the family court where your spouse has filed for divorce, sent you a copy of the petition along with the notice for your appearance and you lost that copy. You can get a copy of the divorce petition, get the case details and the know the case status of the case from the court by visiting the court section. If this is not what you are looking for, please elaborate on what kind of notice copy of divorce you lost to advise you further.
