how to raise objection on interim maintenance

wife filed maintenance application in sept 2019 , after that she started staying with me without any information about MT case then she left house in oct 2020 , nafter that in march 2021, I got maintenance case notice that she had filed in Sept 2019. nnafter that i submit reply and on Aug 2021 interim maintenance for child 9,000 rs get allocated from the date of order . during this time child fee was Rs 2000 only. nnafter 3 year of filling the petition nNow in Sept 2022, child school gets increase to Rs. 12000 and wife ask from increment in interim maintenance and judge increase interim maintenance to 19,000 per month from the date of application. nnhow to raise objection that change of amount should be applicable from the date of change of circumstance (change of school ) ?nndo i need to raise object in same family court or need to approach the high court ?

yes you can challange that order.... filled maintance amount reduction application along with proof of your child fee... you can filled application in same family court but mostly family court judges can't challange it's order so we have to appear before higher authority... if you case is of delhi contact us.. our fee is very nominal

You don’t need to anything just hire an expert advocate n let him do his work without interference n interrupting him ! At times clients unnecessary put birdies n spoil their own case ! This is the only thing u need to follow .. all the best

You have two ways to deal with such situation, one is file an application before the family court of decrease of interim maintenance due to change in circumstances and other is appeal the interim maintenance order.
