Hai, Sir.....My friend wife Case file in DV act and Dowry Case file in police station ,already got bail, but my question is both criminal Case files in same court how is possible in same family members,... Can we quash dowry Case, both case not start hearing,.. When and where apply for quash case file... Please tell me details..... Thank you
Dear Sir
Yes your friend can file quashing petitions in High Court under section 482crpc. The names of family members can be removed but High Court may refuse to delete the name of your friend. Forty to eighty thousand is fees for each case.
