How to protect myself if wife has filled for divorce against me

My wife & me decide to get divorce mutually. In written she says she will not clame any money from me. Now she has my frud documents of job in s.bi. she has filled 420 case against me. What will happened now how I can be saved?? We have 3 years daughter. I didn't asked her for divorce but she has plz help me.

Do you have job with fruad documents? On which grounds she went to court ?
