How to post pone the divorce proceedings in USA filed by my husband?

My husband married me in 2014 and in 2017 abandoned me and my son in India. Finally in 2018 sent divorce papers from USA . Immediately i started to USA to attend case proceedings, but because of my ill health i came to India. In addition to that i also filed 498 a and 506 sections in India and the case is under summons stage , he was not attending . The case in USA is in coming September , if once done i will be issued divorce without my consent . How to postpone the proceedings in USA and how to get warrant for him through Indian case?
This depends on few factors. Was the marriage solemnized and registered in India or USA? Under what provision and in which court has he filed for divorce in the USA? What is the status of your criminal complaints? Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

hello mam as you said you do not need to get tensedin this peocedure you can stop him fighting case in USA by which he will also be not able to fight case in USA .in this manner you can also send him behind the bars and teach him a lesson as well.
