How to initiate divorce proceedings for couple in OBC category

a lady got government job from divorce category she belongs to OBC. But now she want to leave her husband as married couple. and apply for higher government gob from OBC Category. what is procedure and how much time it will takes. And it will be impact on his previous job or not
There are so many judgment whereby it has been held that no adverse effect will be there for marriage to those who obtained the job in divorce category.
But after remarriage she can't claim in divorce category. She may apply in OBC category.

Tell me that on what ground you want to take divorce weather mutual or cruelty. Procedure is same for all persons it doesn't matter that from which caste or category you belong. By mutual it will take 6month and by normal process there is no time limit

if she belong to obc categary than she can apply in that category . what is the problem. but if she is not divorced and falsely shown as divorced couple than it is a crime. if she got divorce from the court and leaving togather and now she want to leave the job andwant to apply in obc category than she can do it.
