How to handle threats and harassment after divorce

sir,my brother who is settled in sydney got married wid a girl in november 2009,and girl also went to sydney in july 2010, but in may 2012, girls father filed a case on us, including me and my husband, of domestic violence,in NRi court, we were held innocent in police investigation held by SP police, but he summoned us again in section 319, and now charges are framed on me and my husband my mother,father,brother and even the girl all are in sydney. The girl has even got divorced with my brother and has already gained a handsome amount, but father is still harassing us for more money.. he has filed the case on our address,courts are not listening to us, where this case is all fake and weak please help
Dear friend, I am sorry to say that your lawyer is not competent enough, otherwise it couldn't happen, tell me have you made everything in writing while getting the divorce that none of the party shall not claim anything from anyone in future or shall not file any case against each other, when you have already settled the things then how it could happen.
