How to get stay for ex parte decree of divorce

Should I need to get separate stay for second marriage when my husband has got ex parte decree against me at the district court? Other wise it sets aside automatically when I file petition at the high court then need not to get any stay for marriage? How the law verdict?
if your husband hos not connected second marriage yet then you can ask for a stay by an application along with the appeal that you file in High Court. but the problem that you face would be communicating the stay order to your husband.

Immediately approach High Court and get a stay and also lodge complaint with police and see that ge did not marry for second time. Never allow him to marry again and you must have some agents behind him and watch his movements.
