To declare a marriage null and void is possible within one year of marriage on certain conditions and grounds. If your marriage already expired one year period you could not get your desired decree. If, already not contact a good lawyer who will guide you properly.

You cannot be unmarried and separate particularly if the marriage has been registered as it is illegal to hide one'side marital status in case one opts to get married again and on second marriage if the status is suppressed that shall be a case of bigamy.

It is possible if the Law will Change. Or it will be possible if you was not marry. But as and when you got marriage, from that day you became a spouse. Either Husband Or Wife. Now after obtaining Divorce your status will be Divorce. If one Spouse died whether other spouse can be called unmarried? if your father or mother died, whether others be called unmarried, then what will be your Status..... ? Think about it. If your answer is Unmarried, then you will became .. ?
