How to get my personal belongings from home

Domestic violence and abuse from husband so living separately, husband is not allowing me to take my personal belongings from home. How can I get them? What are my rights??

hi this is vara prasad advocate in your case you have a right to get your belongings from your husband home, first you engage one advocate and go through him to the police station and give a complaint on your husband and his family members such as file dvc and 498a and if you are not interested to live with him then you have a right file divorce and maintenance also. further information consult me in person or over phone. consultation charges will be applicable
