How to get maximum one time settlement amount

I'm a hindu married working professional , after 2 years of my marriage i was unable to conceive and doc told we both have problem , i got all the treatment but my husband denied for the same. and started having fights with me over this , he suddenly left his job for no reason , his father disowned me and his house which i was never informed ( intentional acts ) . then they made my life hell and made me leave that house leave . now i live with my parents , and he still leaves at the place from where he has been disowned. this was all done so that he dont have to pay anything to me during divorce . so now as m working , but i want them to be punished heavily for their this act and they end up paying huge amount and dont dare do this act again. Kindly suggest basis for high penalty for them. I'm no more intrested to live with him now.
