How to get maintenance for my daughter.as I need to send her school th

I have filled DVC case in year 2022 order of 6k was passed.but my husband paid 10k in month Jan 2024..this month date he not paid anything...I have one daughter who is 3year old..I need to send her school...how I can ask maintenance for my daughter education.and my husband is not ready to pay anything even after 2 year past for court order...plz suggest me sir which case I need to file to get more maintenance

if you have not asked for child s expenses you can now file IA asking for the same in the same case. you can also file a separate maintenance case in family court asking for maintenance to you and school expenses of your child / maintenance and school expenses of your child.

Dear Madam, In DVC case itself you can claim education expenses from your husband. You may file calculation memo along with fee paid to the school and seek attachment of your husband's salary and also if he did not pay the amount his movables like car, bike etc will be attached.
