Hi I got a mutual marriage dissolved on 24 may 2017 however I did not get an decree yet of my marriage I asked this question long back on this web side one a lawyer contact me and took all the validit information about me and he said he will do the need full it's almost 2 weeks he is not giving me any proper answer or not even helping he he dsnt know the roules as well properly i m not having any support from my family I m staying with my friend I m jobless and I don't have enough money to pay my aunty has sarced a nice boy for me he wants to take all my responsibilities however​ he wants to marry me also I need to show this decree in the court for the registration of my marriage kindly help me pls
Please clear from which Court you get divorce by mutual consent. Then only I will give you right segession that from where you were obtained certified copy of papers of your mutual divorce. Please submit this information

8. Pay the fees (of about 50-100/-)
9. Take the receipt.
It is usually takes 15 to 30 days to get a copy of a decree. Make sure you carry the receipt the next time you go to collect the copy of the decree.

Answer to your query is you have to aoply for certify copy for your final decree and judgement and rest of the things which you have mentioned about an ADVOCATE there is no need for the same
You need to apply in the court office for certified copies of decree of divorce, at the place where the decree of divorce is passed. You need to deposit some fees in the office for the same and same will be available to you say by 10 to 15 days.
