How to get divorce quickly if both spouse agree for divorce without mu

My religion is Hindu.I filed for maintenance and divorce case.Court had ordered for maintenance but It has been 9 months but still I didn't get maintenance from my husband now he is saying he will agree for divorce but not give maintenance.so I decided to take divorce without any maintenance or alimony.so what is the process to get divorce if agreeing by both spouse?He is saying that he can't wait for 6 months in mutual divorce.Is there any other option can we change my contest divorce to quick divorce by saying that we both are agreeing to get divorce .

Dear Madam, You may get divorce without wating for 6 months as per recent judgment. It is being sent to you kn WhatsApp. It again depends upon the descretion of the trial court as such judgement passed by other than Karnataka High Court. Ask your husband to have patience because he has to face consequences

hi sir/madam, you can file mutual consent divorce case before family court and maximum time to dispose off the case is 1 month. before filing a case you need to settle all your disputes, claims, settlements, exchange of articles etc. for filing a case and also for any clarifications please feel free to contact me thanks
