How to get divorce quickly from wife

I'd filed for divorce from my wife 2 years back, till now she had not been appearing. Only on last date she filed her reply. I'm sure that she'll again not appear and drag this on for no reason, even though she doesn't want to live with me. Can someone please tell me what ways I can expediate this and get divorce from her? I don't want to waste precious years of my life. She asks for huge amount that I don't have. I've attached enough evidence to prove cruelty.

Dear sir you can move an application for the early hearing where you can request from the court for early hearing. That for the maintenance claiming amount you can show your dependent members of family

2 years was enough time to get divorce decree if your wife doesn't appears.. may b it's your fault or your advocate fault now also make proper arguments in court and you will get divorce.. contact us for free legal advice and will help you

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for a strong reply/WS against the petition filed by your wife. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file ca divorce case in Supreme Court under inadvertently ground under section 142 Crpc for further information plz free to call u can ask for the cost if she files her late evidence or deliberately dragging the case
