How to get divorce on incurable disease?

I , belong to Hindu religion, was married last year. My wife is suffering from incurable disease 'Hemolytic Anemia' since before marriage. She hide her disease from me. She is medically unfit and unable to give physical relationship. Also her behaviour remained very cruel and rude with me and my family. She tortured me mentally several times. After marriage, she mostly shouted at me without any reason and throw things on me and misbehaved with me. Also this 'Hemolytic Anemia' is Genetical means it transfers to the next generation. So my Present and future life has totally spoiled. Also her parents are not taking responsibility of her disease. So not possible to live with her. So please help me regarding how to get divorce in this condition. I need advice on under which Act and it's section I can apply my petition.
