How to get Divorce in case there's no scope of reconciliation ?

ME AND MY LIFE ARE LIVING SEPRATELY FOR 1 YEAR AND HAVE NO CONTACT . WE TRIED TO RECONCILE BY VISTING THEIR HOUSE AND TALKING TO GIRL AND ELDERY PEOPLE THERE. BUT THEY DONT WANT TO SETTLE AND NOT SENDING GIRL. SO HOW CAN I TAKE DIVORCE ?
Divorce petition can be filed before family court by mutual consent after one year of separation and if one spouse is not willing then in that case there has to be a ground for taking divorce like two year period of desertion by the offending spouse not ready to join the society of aggrieved spouse or cruelty metted out by offending spouse or adultery or change of religion and other grounds cantained in Hindu Marriage Act.
