How to get divorce if husband is not agreeing ?

It's been one and a half years to my marriage.was genuinely tortured a lot mentally physically.i came back post 5mnths of marriage and since den many things hapnd like took 5-6mnths to come out of depression,fear etc.simultaneaously bro treatment of kidney failure was going on which got daigonesd post my marriage. Was busy taking him to different cities for treatment and at last dis august transplant done and now free mentally.since a yr asking in laws and husband to come and talk but dey denied and asked us to visit.dad visited dis month but dey didn't cooperated.dey want reconciliation whereas I want divorce and my all belongings like gold,gifts, articles etc.. husband is not cooperating rather posting on social media as me harrasing him with laws like 498a where he states the new rule of supreme court. Though harassed but still don't wanna get attached to him thru cases even which if I file he can suffer a lot due to proofs of conspiracies etc I want to sort sooner and move on in lf
