How to get divorce from arrogant wife

09-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, i got married on August 2021 and my wife left my house after 2months of marriage because she don't want to stay with parents. After that I don't have any connection with her. I heard by some relatives that she give birth to a baby on May 2022. And she didn't inform me about this and i don't want her in my life. Please advise me how to get divorce without paying any maintenance to her.

If you want to file a divorce petition then at least one year must have elapsed from the date of marriage. In the meantime you can send legal notice through a lawyer to your wife asking her to reunite with you or to get the marriage dissolved. Then at the end of August you can file the divorce case.

Divorce petition can file after completion of one year only. if she also not willing to stay with you. you both can file a mutual divorce petition before Family Court.. if she is not willing to give divorce then you have to file a divorce petition with valuable grounds... for filing divorce i have to know your full details..
