How to get divorce by my husband

I'm already registered divorce notice. But husband not ready for divorce. 3year we have sperted . What can i do for easy to get divorce

no other easy ways other than to file petition before the family court having jurisdiction with the prayer to pass a decree of dissolution of marriage and as your issue being a contesting matter, the disposal of the petition may take some time

No divorce can be possible with a notice.. you have to file a petition before the family court for getting divorce legally.. you have to prove your case before the court. Then only the court will grant you divorce…
