Hi sir/madam I am fayaz I need suggestion I am married since 6 years I have a daughter 4 years can I get custody of my child any possible ways please suggest thank you

You may also file child custody with will be ne decided on the touchstone of welfare of child as the only consideration if you can prove that you are more competent than your spouse to secure child h welfare then you

hello fayaz ok i will help you first you file a gwop case in concern jurisdiction court and after notice will issued to otherside they appear through advocate, after the mattet will go for counseling and after not settled it will directly come for trial and as per evidence the custody will decide.
