How to get allimony without domestic violence

I am msc and b.ed holder.my baby age is 5 month.i need allimony without domestic violence...how?

If you are living separately from your husband so you can file maintenance case in family court and you will get monthly maintenance amount for you and your baby .maintenance and domestic violence case is totally different and it’s doesn’t matter your are educated or not ,you can ask for maintenance allowance under section 144 BNSS

yes you can file a maintenance case of 144 bnss then you can get maintenance and you can do so many cases against your husband and his family for further information you can call me or text me for further information

you can file a maintenance case of section 144 bnss and you can file a case of section 27 hma for stredhan case you can file a FIR against your husband and his family to dowry case and you can do sp many cases against him for further information you can call me for text me

You may apply a application in family court to your husband give maintenance amount and elimina maintenance amount and eliminate to you and your baby court may ddecide to maintenance amount without filing a domestic violence relief
