Q: Divorce on medical ground - mental disorder, infection in secret parts

Married 13 yrs, wife's parents hidden her mental disorder problems and infection at secret part, stated wrong blood group. But we visited multiple doctors, wife denied to have medicines. Her mental problem increasing day by day and now she threats us saying by that she would kill her self. Have 2 childs of 10 and 2 yrs. Can't even take proper care of childs. What should I do? सर, मेरी पत्नी ने 2019 में बिना कोई FIR किए या कोई भी सबूत के DV केस मुझ पर डाला अपने सहर के जिला न्यायलय में और अभी तक उसमें अपनी गवाही नहीं करवा रही,बस तारिक आगे बढ़वा रही हैl मैंने अपना जवाब पेश 2019 में ही कर दिया था. इसी बीच धारा 9 की डिक्री मुझे मिल गयी है और पत्नी का 125 भी खारिज हो गया है, इन दोनों का आदेश मैंने DV केस में लगा भी दिया है, पर DV केस को पत्नी बस टाल रही है, ऐसे मेें मैं क्या करूँ? डिस्चार्ज आवेदन करवाऊं या HC के तरफ रुख करूँ? कृपया स्पष्ट बताएं...धन्यवाद|

apko sabse pahle domestic violence ke case ko khatam karana hoga agar apki wife case ko aage nahi badha rahi hai to aap judge Sahab se request karke case ka final discussion kara sakte hai aur uske against user court me apeal kar sakte hai
