sir I got married in Apr 2017 hindhu but after 3 months of my Marriage my husband's mother and two sisters said scolded me to leave the home they taken me for scanning without informing my parents and when I asked for non consummation of my Marriage then all together said me that as I have crossed the age of 30 I should not have the feelings and having children is not compulsory after marriage I requested his parents to take him for the hospital then his father said why he should go to hospital he don't have any problem look at me I am his father having the age of 75still I am fit ,I did not understand can I file criminal case on him as he married me being impotent and his mother asking for divorce plz suggest me what is the mistake I have did .as the whole family cheated me I want to file criminal case plz suggest me they use to give me restless work without food and when I said the same to my husband he said that girl should have habituate of bearing such type of problems
They have deceived you by concealing material facts for which you can file criminal cases under various provision of IPC. The non consummation of marriage is a cruelty for which you can file for nullity of marriage before family court. Moreover denying the marital bliss is abuse of matrimonial relationship for which you can file DVC case and get monetary compensation for the pain and agony you are suffering.
