Am a Muslim man, I had been living away from my wife from 2 yrs and I want to marry another girl..but my wife is blackmailing me in all the way..she is making my life hell as she is working in police department..how to go abt it

You can file divorce petition before competent court for divorce but in the meanwhile your wife can file application for interim maintance untill disposal of the case and also she can claim permanent alimony.
