I love a married girl and she loves too.we r planning to marry and she wnts to divorce her husband..she has a 10 yrs daughter.she is not happy there and we cant live without each other.so wt the processor for claim a divorce.
Divorce is not a game, without proper grounds it is not possible, and in this case of yours, it is not a proper ground.

Tell her to file a mutual divorce petition before the family court under section 13b of the Hindu Marriage Act hair in this matter the family court will direct you to come after 6th month which is mandatory as per the law and considered as the cooling period thereafter file application before the High Court against the above mentioned order for weaving the six month cooling period and the high court will pass the necessary order in this regard
