My husband cheated on me several times , registering on matrimony profile and contacting girls as if he is not married. When i found out his wrong doings he says he will divorce me.I am not willing to give consent. Can divorce be obtained without mutual consent.? How long will it take?
Find out if there are any other pending cases as against your Husband on the ground of cheating ..collate it and file as evidence as defendant .,

Don't be afraid of your husband. He is doing illegal things by fooling around innocent girls to get married again. Legally he can't marry any other girl when the first marriage is subsisting. It is bigamy punishable for 7 years imprisonment under IPC. You can go to a police station to lodge a complaint against him about this.
