How to file Divorce on the ground of Mental Harrassment

My wife is doing mental harrassment on daily basis. Recently she did drama of fight and call police too. Now it is too much and I am looking for divorce
You can file a divorce case in the family court against the wife on the grounds of cruelty and mental harassment.If both of you agree for divorce by mutual consent,you can file joint application for divorce.This will be easier it will happen with in a month as per the latest case laws.
