File the divorce petition based on the last known address of your husband. Summons can't be served and the court will give three chances. In addition you can also send notice through email, whatsapp, etc. Then publication in newspaper. Finally, you can request for exparte order.

you can send summons to the last known address where your spouse lived Undertaker entry proof of the last visited together and if the court feels that is the in proper address served then the court will allow a substituted service taking the substituted service the court will grant divorce degree on basis of that
