How to file case for divorce and maintenance of children having cancer

Husband is alcoholic and indulging into physical and mental harrasment .one of my daughter has cancer m the only one taking care of her Plz suggest which case should be lodged?

Your question is that your husband is addicted to alcohol and dies harassment on you ..for the same you can file a complaint to the nearer police station and also seek for 498a or domestic violence etc ..b in touch
