How to file case against Inlaws

My inlaws are not allowing me to stay with my husband on grounds of health issues(as i had ring worm infection and they are sating that I am suffering with this since long years.But i have evidence that i am healthy now along with medical reports and even my physical health is good).Its been just 10 months of my marriage.My husband is too fearfull to his parents and he is abide to them .He too is saying unless his parents convince he wont take me home.Can i file case against my inlaws .IF so what is the procedure

Try to settle the issue with elders support rather than police and court. If possible take them to a family doctor or a skin specialist so that his doubts will be clarified. Filing a case is the final step where you likely to get justice. It all depends on circumstances. So think peacefully before going to police station and court.

Hi, It is very unfortunate that within a year of marriage you face such a humiliation and isolation at the matrimonial home at the hands of your in-laws and husband. It appears that there is more issues than what appears. The situation suggest that they have plans to get rid of you with ulterior motives. I strongly recommend you to first call yours husband for counselling at any reputed family counselling centre and have every bit of the counselling documented. Cause after a year you husband may use this situation to blame you for not living with him. You can approach court after the counselling fails as it is too early in your case to knock the doors of courts and P.S.

Firstly you send them a notice asking your husband to come forward to live a matrimonial life and as you are having all the medical report so you can keep it an at appropriate time that can be shown. If still they are not then you can file case. Call us through website for assistance
