First of all, why do you want a divorce? Well, you can take divorce mutually or by contest. Provisions are available for both ways in sec 27 and 28 of the Special Marriage Act. Make sure the duration of marriage has been 1 year and secondly you have to file a petition for divorce through your advocate in the Family Court, Bhubaneswar if you resides in Bbsr now.The entire procedure can't be discussed in this way.
