How to fast track court case, please advise

I was arrested in a false divorce case.Applied for divoce . 8 year passed. Court is dragging the case for all those years.Unable to marry.I lost 8 years. Who will compensate for this?
Whether the criminal case initiated agaist u is pending or disposed of. If pending then wait for judgement. If the learned court acquited you from all the charges then u may file a suit for damage against the wife and her family before the competent court. Need consultation. Thank u.

Has the decree of divorce been passed yet or is the matter still pending. In the event, the matter is pending, it has to be examined whether you can approach the high court for a direction to the family court to dispose off the matter within a specified time.
