How to expedite 91crpc application reply in high court delhi

in my 125crpc case i have filed 91crpc application near about 1 year ago , judge has also order other party to send reply. after that judge got changed and new judge does not say any thing for 91crpc reply to other party. nnIn the 91crpc application , i asked 6 question from the petitioner and i have also mentioned the address of various department if petitioner does not answer , which department will provide this information to bring the truth in front of courtnnwhich application shall i submit in Delhi high court that will order Patiala court family court judge to ask for 91crpc reply from petitioner or direct the departments to provide information.

An application to expedite the section 91 application may be filed or if the section 91 application is dismissed then move an appeal before the hon'ble high court and get your relief from the court concerned.

Dear Client Change in the Presiding officer will not affect your application, in case the Judge/IO has sent a notice under section 91, the opposite party will be duty bound to produce such document or information that has been sough under the same notice. In case the same has been pending, you may file an application for execution of the said notice. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.
