How to claim for child custody and after what age can be claimed

1• अगर तलाक के डिक्री में बच्चों को रखने के सम्बन्ध में पत्रावली में कोई शर्त् नही रखी गयी ह तो अगर बच्चों की उम्र 5 साल या उससे कम हैं तो बच्चे माँ को मिलेंगे।
2अगर बच्चों की उम्र 5 साल से ज्यादा हैं तो बच्चे का पिता बच्चों की custody का केस gurdian and wards act के तहत कर बच्चों की कस्टडी लेने का claim कर सकता हैं।

तलाक होने पर यदि लड़का है तो 5साल तक लड़का माँ के पास रहगे और लड़की हो तो 7 साल तक माँ के पास रहेगी उसके बाद पिता के पास आप चाहते हो इसके बाद आप कोर्ट में बचो की कस्टी का दावा कर सकते है उसके लिए आप कोई कस्टी का दावा करते है तो आपको उनकी परवरिस के लिए अछे साधन कोर्ट मैं बताने पड़ेंगे
