Q: In Laws are mentally torturing me, what legal action can i take

I share a good relation with my husband but my in laws are troubling me mentally very much in the name of culture and Ghunghat. My father in law shouts at me every other day n keeps me in ghunghat I can't move in house either only stay in room all time coz of ghunghat.he sits in kitchen several times a day so can't enter kitchen also..I am very suppressed I started to get panic attacks and I took treatment for the same in my parents house .last year they put camera in house to watch me .is there any action I can take against them.

आप के ससुराल वालो ने आप पर नज़र रखने के कैमरे लागए है यदि आप कोई कार्यवाही करती हो तो इसका रिजन और बता देगे परन्तु यदि आप के रूम और बाथरूम में कैमरे लगे हे तो आप उनपर कार्यवाही कर सकती हो जिसके लिये उन्हें जेल भी हो सकती है फिर भी आप अपनी स्वतंत्रता को लेकर इन पर कार्यवाही कर सकती है और घूंघट और कैमरे के लिए आप को करते है तो आप उन पर मानशिक कुरता धारा 498अ में पुलिस मैं इनके खि लाफ मामला दर्ज करवा सकते हे

Q: Girl being harassed by in laws, demanding money

This question belongs to my sister. Uski shadi 5 months pahle huai hai. Uske sasuraal wale usko pareshan karte hai. usko gaaliya dete hai or usko majboor karte hai ki wo hamse or paise mage. Bimaar hone par doctor se consult nahi karte. wo apne husband se education certificate maagti hai to wo deta nahi. un logo ne jabardasti uske account ke paise apne kabje me kar liye hai. meri sister pregnant hai usko bilkul bhi aaram nahi karne dete. usko maayke jane se rokte hai. uske pitaji or parivaar ko uske saamne gali dete rahte hai. batayea is problem ko solution kya hai.

Hi आप अपनी बहन के पति और जो उसके ससुराल मैं जो परेशान करते है उनके खीलाफ धारा 498 a 406 323 मे कर्यवाही कर सकते है और यदि आपकी बहन आपके घर आना चाहती है यदि उसके ससुराल वाले नहीं भेजते है तो आप अपने जिले के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को धारा 97 crpc कंपलेंट कर सर्च वारंट जारी करवा करवा सकते है और आपकी बहन को 24 घंटे के भीतर पुलिस लाकर आप की बहन को मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेस कर देगी और आप की बहन आपके घर आ जायेगी

आप की दादी जी ने यदि मरने से पहले कोई वशियत आप के पाप कोनहीं की है तो उस poroparty मैं आपके दो चाचा और ताऊ और भुआ को आप नहीं रोक सकते है उनका सेयर उस प्रॉपर्टी मैं कानूनी रहाता है आप के पिता को इस मसले को निपटने के लिए यदि आप के पिता इन सभी kro शेयर से कोई एग्रीमेँट कर लेते है तो आपका बचाव है नहीं तो क्युकी अभी ये प्रोपर्टी जॉइंट है यदि कोई अपना उस प्रॉपर्टी पर क्लेम करता है तो प्रॉपर्टी मैं उनका हिस्सा बनता है बनता है इसमें कैस्टर्सक्सन बाद की बात है
