Q: Validity of the temple marriage with affidavit

I have done love marriage in a hindu temple with a affidavit from pandit and I have video of full marriage including sath phare, sindoor applying, varnamala , manglasutra but no friends and relatives from either side present. I also got my husband affadivit stating that he is marrying me by his will and he knows me well and this is his first marraige. But after that marriage within a week he got again married at his home by the girl of his parents choice. Now he is denying that my marriage with him is not valid as no registration done and no friends or relative present. Pl guide me which marriage for him is valid as he registered his second marriage he is in army

your marriage is valid because second marriage in null And v o i d. you can also file a criminal case on your husband section 420 , 497 , 376 406 IPC for cheat fully done two marriages and make sexual abuse with you

आपको love marrige के लिए बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट की कोई आवश्यकता नही है। सिर्फ 10 क्लास की मार्कशीट या स्कूल की tc ही काफी हैं ।और id में आधारकार्ड काफी हैं और लड़का और लड़की के तरफ से 2-2 गवाह चाहिए। और आपकी 5 पास्पोर्ट साइज फोटो। सिर्फ इतने डाक्यूमेंट्स काफी हैं। बाकी कोई भी जरूरत हो तो आप मुझसे कभी भी सम्पर्क कर सकते हो मैं आपकी हेल्प के लिए तैयार हूं।

अगर पुलिस किसी लड़का लड़की को किसी पार्क में अकेले पकड़ते है। जिनका आपस मे कोई सम्बन्ध नही है और वो सिर्फ दोस्त हैं। तो पुलिस सिर्फ उनको 151 crpc में गिरफ्तार कर सकते है जो जमानतीय अपराध हैं। और इसकी पुलिसथाने में जमानत हो सकती हैं और पुलिस अपराधी को 24 घटे से ज्यादा पुलिस अभीरक्षा में निरुद्ध नही रख सकता और न्यायलय में पेश करना पड़ता है और इस अपराध में 6 महीने की सजा ओर जुर्माना का दण्ड का प्रावधान है।

Q: What is the procedure to make passport when a criminal case is pending

Dear sir, I want to make my passport but I have a case pending, under section 376,366 and 379 which is completely false but as case is still pending and I have an export firm so for business I want to go abroad, my advocate says it's impossible to get. Please guide me. If your agency can apply for me I am ready to pay your fee

Dear sir I read your complete query. आपके इस केस में मुझे यह प्रतीत होता हैं कि अगर आप 376,366,379 के केस आप अपराधी हो और आपका केस अभी तक पेंडिंग है और आपको पासपोर्ट बनवाने में दिक्कत आ रही हैं। मेरी राय में अगर आपके केस में यदि आपके ऊपर धारा 376,366,379 का आरोप charge यदि कोर्ट द्वारा लगा दिया गया हैं तो ओर आपका पासपोर्ट पहले से बना हुआ हैं तो ओर जप्त हैं तो आप कोर्ट के समक्ष अपने पासपोर्ट की सुप्रदगी मांग सकते हो और उसमे आपको यह साबित करना पड़ेगा कि आपकी भागने की कोई आशंका नही है और कोर्ट के ट्रायल में लंबा समय लगेगा । ट्रायल की वजह से मुलजिम को विदेश न जाने की वजह से अपूरणीय छति की संभावना है कोर्ट आपके इस रीज़न से संतुष्ट होता हैं तो पासपोर्ट सुपुद करवा सकता हैं और आपका पासपोर्ट कभी नही बना है और नया बनवाना चाहते हो उसके नए पासपोर्ट बनवाने के कारणों से कोर्ट को अवगत करवाने होगा ।
