How to cancel marriage certificate after divorce

We are muslims and got I gave her talaq in our masjid and same was agreed through an agreement made by mutal consent from both of us. Now I would like to know how can I cancel the marriage certificate we signed in registrar office and how to make void. She got married to other person as I gave her talaq her marriage is legal. so she will not come for court or any other things for cancelling the legal marriage certificate undel kerala marriage act. so what is the procedure.
The marriage has ceased to exist and has been rendered void with the procedures as to Talaq being completed. There is no legal requirement of cancelling the marriage registration..

it cannot be cancelled,you can remarry again. after obtaining divorce from the court you are legally separated. so there is no husband and wife relationship between you two. The marriage certificate will cease it's effect from the date of divorce order.
