Dear Sir, Please be informed that wife is not entitled for any share in your property. But she is entitled for alimony and such transfer will be taken into consideration at the time of calculation of alimony better sell the property which may be conditional sale deed and the burden on you will be of stamp duty. You must say in the sale deed that such sale is effected to discharge hand loans of your friends and relatives.

sir, the wife does not have a share in property, you are under a wrong impression that wife has a share in property, at the most she can claim maintenance or permanent alimony, if you do not pay the maintenance and permanently alimony as per the court order, then she can move to attach the property and then recover her permanent alimony or maintenance. so better not to transfer any properties which are in your name.
